InterLab Measurement Kit |
New for 2016, we are providing teams with the InterLab Measurement Kit! The InterLab activity is completely optional and is not required for any team. Please note: there is a small error on the printed label on the box. There is one (1) FITC tube in the kit and NOT two (2).Important Update: A few teams have reported that the tubes containing the DNA plasmids are empty. Unfortunately, the tubes we used don't appear to be fully airtight and the liquid has evaporated. Please try resuspending the tubes in 100uLs of diH2O and vortexing them well, before spinning them down and transforming your cells with 5uL of plasmid. If that fails, please email Traci (traci AT igem DOT org) for replacement tubes. The kit includes 7 tubes (5 with plasmid DNA and 3 with standard reagents):
For details on how to use this InterLab Measurement Kit, please check out the 2016 InterLab Page.
