InterLab Measurement Kit |
New for 2016, we are providing teams with the InterLab Measurement Kit! The InterLab activity is completely optional and is not required for any team. Please note: there is a small error on the printed label on the box. There is one (1) FITC tube in the kit and NOT two (2).Important Update: A few teams have reported that the tubes containing the DNA plasmids are empty. The tubes we used don't appear to be airtight. Please try resuspending the tubes in 10uLs of diH2O and vortexing them well, before spinning them down and transforming your cells. The kit includes 7 tubes (5 with plasmid DNA and 3 with standard reagents):
