We use promoter activated by cueO first. But after discuss with NJAU, we found that cueO promoter is not very specific on copper ion. So we change to use copA promoter. Which is more specific. We spand a whole summer to prepare basic part. However since we never do this kind of experiment before. We often failed when we are doing transform and extract the plasmid. So we have little time to combine those basic part. We didn't give up. Before wiki freeze we could only finish three basic parts without ternimater.
