[iGEM gifu 2015] .

We attached this part[BBa_1859004] to 3'sides of His-RFP without stop codon [BBa_K1332002] . Then, it was connected to each 3'sides of [BBa_K1859001] and [BBa_K1859003] . In addition,Lacl [BBa_R0010] , RBS [BBa_B0034] and DT [BBa_B0015] was conbined with them, making [BBa_K1859027] and [BBa_K1859024] . When these devices were expressed in E.coli, Curcular mRNA including the linker was made. The efficiency that mRNA is circularized changed by sequence of the mRNA.
