His Tag AptaBody (A5)
Notice: Functional DNA
This part is a sequence of a functional ssDNA. It is only active as single-stranded DNA. It can not be cloned into a plasmid. For use order it as a DNA oligo.
His Tag AptaBody is a sequence consisting of a His-Tag aptamer and the HRP-mimicking DNAzyme for use in Western Blot applications. Between the His Tag aptamer and the HRP mimicking DNAzyme a 5x poly-A spacer is placed ensuring the functionality for ligand binding and peroxidase activity.
Optimal peroxidase activity is reached with hemin concentration equimolar ro HRP-concentration, at pH 8.5.
