The purpose of this construct is to characterise the mutant RBS in Shewanella Oneidensis MR1 strain.

This reporter carries a mutant of RBS BBa_B0034. This mutant carries a single base pair substitution on the sixth base pair. The base pair G is substituted to C. The construct consist of the pLac promoter BBa_R0011, mutant RBS derive from BBa_B0034 , GFP BBa_E0040 and double terminator BBa_B0015.
