This part is a composite part of RBS(BBa_B0034), Barnase(BBa_K1631000), RBS(BBa_B0034), GFP(+LVA)(BBa_K082003), double termnator (BBa_B0015).

Usage and Biology

We succeeded to control growth rate of E. coli.

We induced this parts and [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] with 100μM IPTG. [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] is negative control. We measured OD600 of 3 samples for each condition.
