Insertion kit with GFP-nanobody
Consist of Insertion Kit(K1648004) and GFP-nanobody (K1648005) in order to fuse GFP-nanobody to a transmembrane protein on magnetosome, and express GFP-nanobody on magnetsome membrane for downstream applications.
GFP-nanobody will be expressed on the magnetosome after transformation of this part into A. vinelandii genome via random integration. Magnetosome with GFP-nanobodies can be applied in studying the characterization of level of expression of fused protein in Insertion Kit(K1648004) simply by measuring fluorescence intensity of magnetosome incubated with GFP beforehand.
