HisTag-GFP_Si4-Tag fusion protein with RBS BBa_B0034

This part is encodes for the whole protein scaffold containing the GBD,PDZ and SH3 domains. This scaffold was used by the iGEM Team TU Darmstadt 2015 to introduce a in vitro immobilized enzyme system. Also the sequence of a Histag is fused to the gene sequence, improving the purification yield.
