Protein scaffold with N-terminal HisTag

This part is capable of generating the whole protein scaffold containing the GBD,PDZ and SH3 domains. This scaffold was used by the iGEM Team TU Darmstadt 2015 to introduce a in vitro immobilized enzyme system. Also the sequence of a Histag is fused to the gene sequence, improving the purification yield.
