Usage and Biology

This is a reporter plasmid that expresses RFP from the SrpR regulated promoter BBa_xxx and expresses gfp from the PhlF regulated promoter BBa_xxx

GFP will be off in the presence of SrpR biobrick BBa_xxx while RFP will be off in the presence of the PhlF biobrick BBa_xxx
