ho1 with RBS

Strong RBS (BBa_B0030). Heme oxygenase-1 (Ho1) coding region (BBa_K566022).BBa_K566022 ho1, along with pcyA, converts heme into the chromophore phycocyanobillin (PCB) (Figure 1).
The integrity of our construct was checked by sequencing using VF2 primer.

Ho1 is used to catalyse the formation of biliverdin (BV) IXα via heme. It is usully used in association with PcyA enabeling the formation phycocyanobilin (PCB), a chromophore of the phytochrome family of photoreceptors, photosynthetic light-harvesting complexes required for circadian clock.
