Design Notes
This part was codon optimized for the tobacco plant strain Nicotiana tabacum using the codon optimization tool from IDT. Added was RFC 10 biobrick prefix and suffix. EcoRI, XbaI, SpeI, PstI restriction sites were removed from the coding sequence for iGEM compatibility. Includes native start codon.
