Due to a lack of time we decided to have this construction synthesised instead of using the assembly protocol. Unfortunatly we did not succeed in cloning the final construct with ho1 and pcyA (Figure 1).<br>

The aim of this construct was to create a circadian switch to alternate the expression of two sets of genes (Figure 2). This enables the production of one protein by night and another by day.

This regulation system is a NOT logic gate controled by a day/night.
