Applications of BBa_K632003

We verified the regulatory system in our experiment, because we wanted to control the expression of the gene constructed behind the OmpC promoter by red light. We tested the effect of light on the expression of genes by controlling the light condition of E.coli transformed with the genetic circuit of the regulator.
