GFP+TetR+pTetR+mRFP1

This construction gives the possibility of adding the most suitable promoter in order to regulate GFP transcription and any genetic sequence inserted after RBS and before TetR. In the absence of tetracycline bound in the tetR site, the TetR promoter (BBa_R0040) transcripts the RFP (or the gene located in the region corresponding to RFP). You can see some results on iGEM team Brasil-USP's wiki page using a Lactose promoter to control GFP and RFP expression.
