This part was assemblied by the part containing the T25 domain (<partinfo>BBa_K1638003</partinfo>) and the linker-GFP (<partinfo>BBa_K1638007</partinfo>). These parts respectively contains a BamHI res. site in the 3'-end and the 5'-end allowing assembly without creating a scarsite.
