MtrB + LVA tag

MtrB outer membrne protein is very stable. In order to utilize MtrB as a sensor, we added a proteolysis tag at the 3' end of mtrB. MtrB with LVA tag might be degraded much faster so that the leakiness of this protein will be much lesser and it is more easy to utilize this protein as a reporter
