We attached this part to 5 'sides of any parts. In addition, we coupled mRNA circularization device (3'side) in 3 'sides. When this device was expressed in E.coli, Curcular mRNA including the linker was made. The efficiency that mRNA is circularized changed by sequence of the mRNA. We let mRNA of RFP circularize and produced a long-chain protein, but the functionality was lost. It is a problem to make a long-chain protein with keeping functionality.
