In order to characterize this part we used Imaging Flow Cytometry to see expression of both Red and Green fluorescent proteins. This part was transformed in DH5-alpha and grown in LB over night. Then they were fixed and diluted 10 times in 10% formalin buffer and then there were places in Imaging FLow Cytometry and they were excited by one laser set at 488nm for optimum range reading. In order to control for signal leakage between channels a compensation was created using each of BBa_I20260 and BBa_J04450 as single colour controls. Then the intensity plot of both colours was created.
