Fluorescence verification of device K907004 (BIT-China)
To verify the expression of the recombinase Bxb1 gf35, we used the part BBa_K907004 as a reported device. In this device, we chose pTetR as the promoter which could be induced by tetracycline. We transformed it into E.coli BMTOP10, and this is our fluorescence result of K907004 verification.
According to the picture, we can obviously find that the fluorescence verification system K907004 is working. Meanwhile, we also cam prove the function of Bxb1 gf35.
