Design Notes
We use a special RBS to make the device temperature-sensitive.When the temperature is below 37°C,the secondary structure of the RBS after transform would be folded.Thus the ribosome can't translated RFP.And when the temperature rises above 37°C,the secondary structure of the RBS which after transform would be unfolded and produce RFP.However,according to our experimental,it didn't appear red when the temperature rises above 37°C.
