crdA gene with codon optimisation for E. coli

Design Notes

The gene of CrdA comes from Agrobacterium sp. ATCC31749 and we would like to use it in E.coli, so we fixed the bias codon by using the software of Integrated DNA Technologies, Inc for codon optimization.
