Observed mutation count determined by (http://www.keshavsingh.org/protocols/FALCOR.html) by putting in values. Observed mutation count corrected to actual mutation count by the correction factor (mact=(mobs*(1-z))/(z(ln(z)) with z being the fraction of cultures plated) as only a portion of each parallel culture was plated.
