Applications of BBa_K777109

Team Glasgow 2014 Experience

We made our own version of a fliC biobrick K1463600. Our version had the MG1655 fliC sequence instead of the DH10B sequence fliC of this biobrick. Our fliC biobrick restored swimming in a fliC deletion mutant of E. coli.
see BBa_K1463600 for more details.
