3-methylbutanal generator

This Isoamyl Alcohol Generating Device converts leucine into 3-methylbutanal (which is then reduced to isoamyl alcohol by NADH). The two coding regions of BAT2 and THI3 are derived from the S. cervisiae leucine degradation pathway.
