Applications of BBa_K812012
The Nevada 2014 iGEM team used TIR1 in their yeast protein degradation project. We cloned TIR1 behind a constitutive yeast promoter (pADH1). We added a 9xMyc tag to help verify expression. After integrating our construct into W303 yeast cells, we were able to verify expression via western blot.
