RBS + NpuDnaE N-intein RFC[105] assembly construct with additional C-teminal insertion site
This assembly construct is part of the iGEM team Heidelberg 2014's intein toolbox. It allows for easy generation of translational units of the Npu DnaE N-intein flanked by N and C terminal POIs as described in RFC[105]. This part is very similar to BBa_K1362100 and BBa_K1362104 but provides a secondary Gate for the insertion of a protein or peptide of interest to the C-terminus of the intein. As no splicing occurs on that side of the Intein, the latter will stay with the intein after splicing. BBa_K1362107 is the complementary C-intein part.
