This part was designed for the construction of a CI repressor inducible toggle switch by BananaGuard. Combined with pTet + LacI it would form a toggle switch expressing GFP in the state in which also TetR is produced. Further experiments with this part were discontinued  and a toggle switch with GFP downstream of pTet + LacI was constructed.
