To verify the localization function of Tom22, the N-terminus of Tom22 was fused with BFP. We adopted fluorescence test to have a visible look at where the BFP is located. The following microscope images were captured. We can observe that the blue fluorescence concentrates in a specific area , instead of diffusing homogeneously in the cytosol.The reult proves that Tom22 can perform its function properly
