FliC with RBS and J23116 promoter
FliC with B0032 and B0034 RBS under the control of J23116 promoter.
This composite part was made by inserting a synthesised double-stranded oligonucleotide containing J23116 promoter and B0032 into K1463601 (fliC and B0034 RBS).
As shown in Figure 1E and 1F, this construct was able to restore swimming in a fliC knockout strain to ~75% of wild-type levels. These results are also shown in Figure 2.
