Applications of BBa_K1510010
Secreting red fluorescence protein (RFP) extracellularly, it can be used to test if YebF work. Anying circuit required secreted RFP can also make application.

To test if our yebF works, we fuse RFP at the C-terminal of the protein, and test if the signal protein works by examing the fluorescence intensity in the culture supernatant.
