pc1+mCherry+plac+ECFP

This part serves as a reporter device in the project of iGEM14_HZAU-China. The mCherry fluorescent protein is driven by pc1 promoter which is repressed by c1 protein and ECFP is driven by plac promoter which is repressed by LacI protein.
