In E coli mono-terpene production cassette

This part contains the IPTG inducible tac promoter, RBS and erg20-2 generator (BBa_K1448007).

First, digest this part with SpeI.

Second, digest a BioBrickPart encoding a monoterpene synthase with SpeI and XbaI.

Third, mix and ligate both samples.

Various monoterpenes can be produced in E. coli cells containing this device and monoterpene synthase genes without exogenous GPP.
