This part is regulated by the promoter ptet (R0040) and codifies RFP/mCherry protein generator (K081014). It was constructed using 10 assembly.

Usage

It is a reporter protein that switch off when the repressor TetR binds to ptet.

Results

It is shown in red the relative fluorescence of clones without repressor. The blue bars are for the same clones regulated by the TetR generator K145201.The mean and standard deviation for red bars are 4045 and 226 and for the blue bars are 128 and 2500.
