The sRNA has its base from the gene spot42. It consists of an antisense region that recognizes a specific sequence and another region that recruits the protein Hfq. The antisense region will make it bind to our USP45 and recruit the Hfq protein to stick to that region. USP45 is a secretion tag that we coupled to [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1381018 colicins Fy]. But in theory it should work with anything you couple to USP45.

Silencing sRNA (10 bases long) for USP45 (Based on Spot42)
This is a mutagenesis of the antisense site of the small RNA Spot42. It contains the J23101 promoter.
