iGEM Team Heidelberg 2014

We tested the modified version of the part without the signal peptide and with a RBS, but the coding sequence for the mature peptide was identical. We could detect xylan degradation Assay. In addition we characterized the part in hindsight to its thermostability, for more information see these results.
