Promoter activated synergistically by cI and CRP with the reporter RFP

A promoter activated synergistically by cI and CRP proteins (part ref. BBa_J58100) with a generator of the reporter RFP (part ref. BBa_I13507). This generator uses the following parts: BBa_B0034 (RBS), BBa_E1010 (mRFP1), and BBa_B0015 (Terminator). With this construction, we obtain an AND gate, with RFP as output, and cI and CRP as inputs.
