In team Uppsala iGEM 2014 project this part was to be coupled with the colicin Fy BBa_K1381017. The biobrick suffix is RFC25 and contains an AgeI restriction site for easier fusion with other protein sequences (The Colicin Fy BBa_K1381017 part was designed with an RFC25 prefix with NgoMIV site).
