Acetohydroxybutanoate synthase /acetolactate synthase (ilvB/N) expression cassette
ilvBN CDS from E. coli MG1655
ilvBN gene exists in natural wild type E.Coli strain. They codes for acetolactate synthase process. Here, we isolated it from MG1655 strain through PCR to transform it into targeted strain for increased basal production of acetolactate, which serves as precursor for acetoin production.
