SmtA semi-permanent generator

This generator is capable of synthesizing SmtA (BBa_K519010). This generator consists of an mRNA circularization device (5’ side), SmtA (BBa_K519010) and an mRNA circularization device (3’ side). A mRNA is circular, so translation continues semi-permanently. SmtA is a metallothionein that can catch heavy metal ions such as Zn2+.
