VPS75 gene deletion cassette
This sequence is used in Saccharomyces cerevisiae for the knockout of the VPS75 gene with a TRP1 selectable marker. It shortens the initial length of telomeres. In conjunction with an EST2 knockout, the senescence curve of the yeast cells can be compared with those with a single EST2 knockout.
