RhlA together with RhlB encodes Rhamnosyltransferase I for mono-rahmnolipids biosynthesis in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This part includes 59bp downstream noncoding gene of RhlA. A mutation has been done to remove the PstI restriction site contained in the coding sequence, which won't change the amino acid sequence.
