cI repressible promoter + GFP + pBAD + cI repressor

This part is used to characterize how well the pBAD part works. The pBAD promoter is an araC repressible promoter that controls for the expression of the Cubitus interruptus (CI) repressor. Without araC, CI will be produced and inhibit the pCI promoter. As a result, GFP is not produced. However, if araC is present, then the pBAD promoter will be repressed and the CI repressor will not be expressed. As a result, GFP expression will occur.
