BSMT1 opt. activated with a constitutive promotor, regulated a riboswitch.

BSMT1 opt. (BBa_K1255001) encodes SAM benzoic acid/salicylic acid carboxyl methyltransferase, which is a molecule catalyzes the salicylic acid to methyl salicylate. In order to do it, there must be added 10mM of salicylic acid to produce a winter green aroma.
