−	This part is used for the ~~generation~~ of lacZ alpha~~. We used this enzyme to digest X~~-~~gel into galactose and a blue molecule. This blue molecule can be the reporter of our traffic light assay. Generally, traffic light assay~~ is to ~~detect the concentration of heavy metal in the water without making any working curve or any previous calculation. We can use this traffic light assay~~ to ~~achieve in field application.
