Applications of BBa_K1189034
This is a the standard GFP reporter (E0040) that contains the prefix/suffix required for RFC 25 standard assembly (K648013) placed behind an IPTG inducible promoter (J04500). This part allows for the easy construction and expression of fusion proteins containing GFP based on the Freiburg fusion standard (Muller et al,, 2007).
