PK401 Pseudoknot

Synthetic pseudoknot that induces -1 frameshift during translation. Part has flanking RFC 25 prefix and suffix upstream and downstream.

RFC 25 suffix 5' ACCGGTTAATACTAGTAGCGGCCGCTGCAG 3'
