phoA promoter
This is a promoter which is repressed by high concentration phosphate.
To characterize the function of this phoA promoter, we constructed a part PphoA-GFP (BBa_K1139201). Please click here.
We improved a phosphate sensor part (OUC-China 2012 BBa_K737024).
