Biobrick converter for NotI-part-BamHI

Inserting a NotI/BamHI fragment into the PspOMI/BglII sites of J61015 destroys the restriction sites and introduces standard Biobrick flanking sequence. In the process, the OnRFP cassette is destroyed allowing Red to White screening of colonies.

The registry sequence is blunt relative to XbaI/SpeI.
